Intenté responder esta pregunta frente al público de Sound Bites, esas noches de storytelling en el auditorio del bar Frontier, en Maine. La pregunta es complicada sobre todo porque el auditorio está bebiendo cervezas y cenando, y sentía la obligación de abrirles el apetito. Por fortuna soy peruano, y si de algo me gusta hablar, como le ocurre a muchos de mis paisanos, es de comida.
